Built Local Marketing LLC (“I,” “me”) is a local marketing service based in Mesa, Arizona. This policy explains what information I collect through this website and what I do with it.

What I collect

When you request a free visibility report, the form collects your name, your business name, and whichever contact details you choose to provide: an email address, a phone number, or both. The site also records basic technical details with each submission — the page you submitted from, your device’s browser type, and your IP address — to help filter spam.

How I use it

I use what you submit to prepare your visibility report and to contact you about your request by email, call, or text using the contact details you provided. I don’t sell or rent your information, share it for third-party marketing, or add you to marketing lists.

Text messages

If you provide a phone number, submitting the form means you agree that I may call or text that number about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You may receive one confirmation text and additional messages related to your request; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Where it’s stored

Form submissions are stored securely in a database hosted by Supabase. Resend processes email confirmations and notifications, and Twilio processes text confirmations and notifications when those channels are configured. These providers receive only the information needed to deliver those services.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
